decided to finally post something on my blog after mstd haha. since it was so long ago, i shant talk about it much. mstd was fun but going through it again is gonna be tedious... all im looking forward to are the ports: Shanghai here i come!! =)
went out with some friends last night, partied at dbl o. 1 x bombshell + 1 x flaming lambo + 2 x tequila shots + 1 x spritzer + 1 x shared jug of whiskey mix which i didnt really touch = interesting night with really high ppl around me haha. if ur reading this rick, ur even more amusing when ur high haha. its times like this that i look forward to every wkend.

even though i'll be away for 6 wks starting nxt fri, somehow i dun seem to feel the sense of excitement nor the longing for home that most ppl have. am i really that insensitive to ppl around me? i know that now is not the time, but i keep thinking otherwise. i think im too bored these days that i've got too much time to think about life. 6 wks away. i wonder how much things will change when i get back. i'm not scared abt being away from home for so long, i'm juz scared of changes. scared to lose the life im living now. 6 wks. thats a fucking long time.
writing down wadeva came to mind really does tell me something. i think too much. this blog will be even deader then now

got the surprise of my life this week cos i was named platoon best! pretty happy abt it cos i thought i was rather slack during this few weeks lol. which solves the problem of not having enough tickets for the parade =) happiness!

sometimes i juz wonder, i really am a coward at heart. never daring to do certain things, never daring to speak my mind. life isnt just a rollercoaster, its a rollercoaster in the dark. u never know when it'll go up or down, u'll never know who sits besides u, behind u, or in front of u. like shadows, old friends fade away into the background, new friends enter and all is well. at the back of my mind though, i know its gonna happen again. 10 years down the road, will i look back at the old times and try to rmb ur names or will i be sitting with those very same names looking back at old times.
decisions are killing me. i never know which is gg to be the right one. and since im unsure i never take action. do i really want to go to command sch? do i really want to go sim or overseas? questions begging to be answered. oh if i had a super power, it would be to see the future! back to regimental life tmr; i never will get used to it.

army has been really really tiring so far. not fun having to wake up at 5.30 every morn juz to do pt. on the bright side of things, got my marksman alr, no more outfield and the sergeants seem to be nicer these days. haha maybe cos its coming to the end of bmt. dun feel like writing down all the stuff i've gone through so far cos it'll take too much time so i'll juz reply tags here.
busterboy: YEA chelsea and man u can go fly kite! haha even though they won the league... at least we fought all the way. next year is OUR year!

IM BACK! for like 2.5 days... haha better than nothing. being back here on mainland feels soooo gd! the freedom, the coolness (nvr thought that singapore could be so cooling), no timing to meet, no stairs to climb. to keep it short, army has been quite an experience so far even though its only been the orientation wk. sometimes frustrating, sometimes uplifting, mostly juz plain dead tiring. pt everyday, early as hell reveille times, days that nvr seem to end and sergeants who seem to be devils in disguise. its been fun, in a kind of sadistic way haha. field camp starts nxt wk, really hope we can survive through it without much serious tekan sessions. basha, plz co operate and let us build u nicely!
happy things have happened though.
1) got my frst gold in ippt! =D dunno how, but i managed to jump far enough in sbj to secure 4 points. hahaha dam happy abt it.
2) i gained weight! also dam happy abt it =) and apparently it seems to be quite obvious becos all my family members noticed. haha my dream is coming true!
3) my section is dam crazy haha. seems like we click really well and luckily there arent any wierd ppl in it. hope this spirit continues throughout bmt.

juz came back from a fun and relaxing holiday in kuantan and gonna leave for another "fun" and "relaxing" holiday in 2 days time to our fabulous Pulau Tekong! kindly sponsored by our Singapore Armed Forces, aka the ARMY, all lodging, clothes and even food have been taken care of. all i need to do is go there and enjoy. how cool is that. tmr's gonna be the last day on mainland soil for another 2 wks. how i have longed for this day to come.
liverpool vs chelsea match was a disaster, hopefully in the second leg we'll play like we played against blackburn, and chelsea will play like they did in their second half against bolton. so now all we have to do is shackle lampard and drogba and chelsea self combusts! rafa plz do take note. =)
