hmm havnt updated in a while so i think this is gonna be a long post =D
BAND FEST!definitely one of the most fun things i've been to this entire year! didnt know band was so fun lah! shld have joined it in sec sch... for those who dun know, band fest is where students from other jcs are split into 4 diff bands, learn a few songs in 3 days, and have a concert on the 4th day. and i was lucky, to get to meet nice ppl in my section! DEBUSSY PERCUSSION! now i have 5 new friends =D concert wasnt that bad, had to bounce a bit while playing a section solo but other than that, nothing terribly embarassing. first concert ever complete! haha. for those who are actually interested we played armenian dances part 1, gavorkna fanfare, the little ripper march and amazing grace.
YJC BAND CONCERT!the day is tmr! 2 concerts in a week = freakin stressed and nervous me considering i've juz joined band not long ago... but anywayz, since all our friends are gonna be there, lets make it a good one! as mr sim said, some have tried hard, others not so (i think im the latter haha), but whether we play well or not, dun be disappointed with the end result. at least we're moving in the right direction =D oh btw all reading this plz come support. althought its a bit late to be posting this but... better late then nvr haha
