lol ppl's been asking me bout the last post soo... it happened a long time ago! so yea, juz had to get it off my mind. nothing much really and its not shi lian! Oh yea, and i took the YOU out of the wishlist already... so stop asking!

anywayz, im starting to really like track! and its not cos of training, its the ppl! esp the j1s new to track. i know its been hard on some of u, coming in and then running more then u ever did before, but thx for hanging in there, and making it fun at the same time =D ALL FOR TRACK!! haha.
