got pulled by elaine to go to jeriel's cell group today at his house. went there with trepidition, left with changed feelings. wasnt that bad, ppl were nice and most of all, the songs sang reminded me of ACS(I)'s chapel every mon. we used to think it was a dread gg, but after 4 yrs, it kinda became a habit we looked forward to. might think about gg again nxt wk =)

tmr there's 4x100 and 5k. dunno how im gonna last, but oh well, i'll try. and as an added bonus, some seletar exco guy juz told me high jump was postponed to tmr! oh joy! ... so currently, i'll have 3 events tmr. maybe i really needed those prayers in cell today hahaha
