initiated my GET-FAT program as of 2 days ago hahaha. frm now on im gonna try to put on as much weight as i possibly can! target, 60kg by end of the yr.
heres my program:
1) 2 eggs every morning, white only
2) gym as often as i can to build mass
3) eat at least 4 meals a day, eggs not included
4) pray every night for fats to miraculously appear overnight
hahaha think it'll work, i hope so...
another program initiated by trackers! we are the KHING/KING KILLERS hahaha. wad it means is, we're gonna aim for specific sch records and beat them nxt yr if not this yr. my target, subaish's 800m record. gonna be really really hard but, im gonna do it
training schedule to get my goal:
Mon: Self train
Tues: Gym
Wed: Track training
Thurs: Gym
Fri: Self train
Sat: Long run
i dun care how hard its gonna be, at least i have sumthing to aim for =D
