today juz emphasized how much i hate 400m....

butt pain, aching legs, and worse of all.... i fell... yea. at the end, i stretched to pass albert the baton, then everything happened in slow motion. i rmb letting the baton go, stumbling a few steps then i thought aiyah screw it, juz fall. hahaha, so i did. thinking back, DAM PAISEH LAH! oh well its over.

Seletar team A got first! numero uno! but due to some miscalculation, 2m too much, we got dqed... nvm, at least we got the satisfaction of the knowledge that we can beat our nearest rivals by at least 30m =D haha and min min and elaine, u guys finally saw my all out huh. haha, even had the priviledge of seeing me fall....
